Allyvo is an AI-powered job application tracker that helps you organize your job search, analyze opportunities, and get honest fit assessments. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, you get intelligent tracking with AI insights built in from day one.

When you add a job posting, our AI analyzes the role requirements and compares them against your resume. You get a 0–100 match score along with a detailed breakdown of matching skills, missing qualifications, and potential red flags. Scores are intentionally realistic — a 70–80% is a strong match.

Allyvo is currently invite-only during our alpha phase. You need a valid invite token to sign up. If you have one, head to the Sign Up page to create your account.

During the alpha period, Allyvo is free for all invited users. Each account comes with a monthly credit allowance for AI-powered features. We'll share pricing details before any changes take effect.

You can track jobs through their full lifecycle: New → Applied → Interviewing → Offer, Rejected, or Withdrawn. Each job can have timeline events like interview dates, follow-ups, and response deadlines. You can also backdate applications if you're adopting Allyvo mid-search.

Yes. When adding a job, you can set a past applied date to import your existing application history. This lets you consolidate everything in one place even if you started your search before joining Allyvo.

Yes. Allyvo has built-in job search powered by Adzuna. You can search by keywords, location, and salary range directly from the app. When you find something interesting, you can import it into your tracker with one click — no copy-pasting URLs or job descriptions.

Allyvo accepts PDF and DOCX files. Once uploaded, the AI parses and structures your resume content so it can be used for matching, gap analysis, and document generation across the platform.

Yes. Allyvo can generate three types of documents from your profile:

• A generalized resume based on your full professional profile
• A job-targeted resume tailored to a specific posting's requirements
• A cover letter matched to a specific job

The better your profile (especially after the enrichment chat), the better the output. You can generate documents from any tracked application's detail page.

Credits are how we measure AI usage on Allyvo. One credit equals one cent ($0.01) of actual AI processing cost. When you use an AI feature — like analyzing a job posting or matching your resume — the real cost of that operation is deducted from your monthly credit balance.

We designed credits this way so the system is transparent and fair. Different AI features use different models with different costs, and credits reflect that accurately. A quick job analysis costs a fraction of a credit, while a deep resume match costs more because it uses a more powerful (and expensive) AI model to give you better results.

New accounts start with 100 credits per month ($1.00 worth of AI processing). That's enough for a solid amount of job searching activity. Your balance resets at the start of each calendar month.

Credits are tracked at full precision based on the actual cost of each AI operation — we don't round up. If an operation costs $0.00084, that's 0.084 credits, not 1. You only pay for what you use, and failed operations don't count against your balance.

You can view your credit usage, remaining balance, and a detailed history of every AI operation from your profile page.

Lightweight features like job analysis use a faster, cheaper model. Resume matching uses a more capable model for a thorough, accurate comparison — that's why it costs a bit more. Chat costs average ~2.5 credits per message and vary based on message and response size.

The Resume Enrichment Chat is a one-time guided conversation during onboarding that builds a detailed professional profile from your background. Because it's multi-turn and grows in context over 60–120 messages, the total cost is higher than a single AI request — typically $1–2 (100–200 credits) for a complete session. This is a one-time cost that directly improves your match scores for every job you track going forward.

If you don't have enough credits remaining for an operation, we'll let you know before anything runs. The error message tells you how many credits the operation needs and how many you have left. Your budget resets at the start of next month.

For bulk operations like refreshing all your match scores at once, we check upfront whether you have enough credits for the entire batch. This prevents you from burning through credits partway through and getting an incomplete result.

Yes. Your data is isolated at the database level so no other user can access your information. We never sell your data, and you can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Allyvo works in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience. The desktop experience is where we've focused so far — mobile browsers work and you can get things done, but we're still actively improving that experience.
