Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Allyvo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Allyvo LLC (“Allyvo”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.

Description of Service

Allyvo is an AI-native job search platform that helps job seekers track applications, analyze job fit, generate tailored documents, and manage their job search with AI assistance. The Service is currently in invite-only beta.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual Property

  • Allyvo owns all rights to the Service, including its design, code, and branding. AI capabilities are provided through third-party services (Anthropic Claude) and are subject to their respective terms.
  • You retain ownership of all content you provide (resume, job data, preferences)
  • By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service

AI-Generated Content

  • The Service uses AI to generate content including match analyses, cover letters, resumes, profile suggestions, and chat responses
  • AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice
  • Match scores reflect algorithmic assessment and may not capture all relevant factors
  • You are responsible for your own job application decisions
  • AI-generated documents (resumes, cover letters) created through the Service are yours to use as you see fit

Credits and Billing

  • The Service uses a credit-based billing model. AI operations cost credits, where 1 credit equals $0.01.
  • New users receive a one-time grant of starter credits at no cost.
  • Additional credits can be purchased in packs via Stripe. There are no monthly fees or recurring charges.
  • Costs are calculated based on actual AI usage (tokens processed) and rounded up to the nearest deci-credit (0.1 credits, or $0.001).
  • Purchased credits expire one year from your most recent purchase. Starter credits do not expire independently but follow the same policy once a purchase is made.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us through the chat assistant or via email.
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing, pack sizes, and operation costs. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Service Availability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
  • During beta, features may change significantly based on user feedback

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allyvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from your account settings
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your personal data will be anonymized and non-financial data deleted. Financial records are retained as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
